Lemon- Orange Tea Recipe

On cold, dreary days, I love to make tea. An easy and delicious tea is the orange and lemon tea.

 All you need is a full teapot of water and two lemons and two oranges. You just squeeze the juice of the lemons and oranges through a strainer over the kettle. Then boil the tea to your desired temperature. Pour into your favorite mug and……enjoy!

Tea is not raw but it sure is good for you. It’s an awesome substitute for coffee that helps your body digest, raises your core temperature, and increases circulation.
