Breakfast Fruit Smoothie- Start Your Day Right!

Start your day with an awesome fruit smoothie! Fruits are full of natural sugars that gives you instant energy. Fruits are also full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. So a fruit smoothie is a perfect way to eat on the go and get plenty of energy and nutrients.

Here is my favorite fruit smoothie-

Handful of strawberries

Handful of blueberries

Handful of raspberries

1/2 c of coconut water or milk (this has a lot of helpful electrolytes and natural water)

1 tsp of maca powder (a root that helps regulate hormones)

1 tsp of acai powder (a berry that is packed with vitamins and antioxidants)

1 Tbsp of hemp seed (a very good source of protein)

You just blend together and drink! Enjoy!
