Suggested Shopping List for Beginner Vegans/Raw Foodists- Part 2

Here is my second list for you all see. It mainly involves oils and sweeteners. Of course each one maintains the expected standard of healthy, fresh, and organic foods. Oils MUST be cold pressed or you will be spending a lot of money on oils without any real health benefits or nutrition.


  1. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  2. Safflower Oil
  3. Grapeseed oil
  4. Sesame Oil
  5. Coconut Oil


  1. Dates (fresh or dried)
  2. Maple Syrup (a bit processed but still holds most of its nutritional value)
  3. Agave

 There are a lot of different oils and sweeteners out there that enhance the flavors of your dish, but I am only suggesting very basic and necessary items that you need.
