Suggested Shopping List for Beginner Vegans/Raw Foodists Part 4

Here is my suggested list for fresh veggies.  Veggies are a big part of you daily diet, so make sure that they are fresh and organic!

Suggested List of Veggies

  1. Romaine Lettuce
  2. Red Cabbage
  3. Green Beans
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Snap Peas
  6. Burdock
  7. Red Onions
  8. Red and Green Peppers
  9. Potatoes
  10. Celery
  11. Brussels Sprouts
  12. Green Leafy and Red Leafy Lettuce
  13. Broccoli
  14. Cauliflower
  15. Green Onions
  16. Beets
  17. Carrots
  18. Swiss chard
  19. Escarole
  20. Endive
  21. Turnips

Please note that you do not need to purchase all of these at the same time. However with these greens and veggies you can make soups, salads, and other great dishes. You can juice most of these too! Happy Shopping!
